城乡金融非均衡与城乡收入差距——以吉林省为例

Urban and Rural Financial Disequilibrium and Urban and Rural Income Gap——Taking Jilin Province as An Example

选取城乡收入差距低于全国平均水平的吉林省为研究对象,对吉林省城乡金融非均衡影响城乡收入差距的机制进行实证分析。结果表明:吉林省城乡金融规模和转化效率非均衡均与城乡收入差距具有正向长期均衡关系;城乡金融规模差异与城乡收入差距的长期关系更为稳定。吉林省城乡收入差距低于全国水平的主要原因在于:一方面,吉林省城乡金融规模差距较小;另一方面,近年来吉林省农村金融转化效率的提升显著地促进了农村收入的增长,而城镇金融转化效率对城镇人均收入影响不显著。上述结论意味着,发展农村金融、缩小城乡金融非均衡程度对缩小吉林省城乡收入差距具有重要意义,提高农村金融转化效率、降低农村资金外溢程度尤为重要。

Select Jilin Province as the object of study, of which the urban-rural income gap is lower than the na- tional average level, this paper empirically analyzes the mechanism how financial unbalanced development influ- ence the urban-rural income gap. The results show that the disequilibrium of the financial scale and financial conversion efficiency has the long-run equilibrium relationship with the urban-rural income gap in Jilin Province; the long-run relationship of the financial scale disequilibrium and urban-rural income gap is more stable. The ur- ban-rural income gap in Jilin province is lower than the national average level, there are two main reasons for this phenomenon, one is that the size of the gap between urban and rural finance in Jilin province is lower than the national level, the other one is that the rural financial efficiency has significantly promoted the rural income growth in Jilin province of recent years,but the urban financial efficiency hasn＇t significantly promoted the urban income per head. This means that, in Jilin Province, developing rural finance and decreasing the financial un- balanced extent has significant implications for narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas. Addi- tionally, improving the conversion efficiency of rural finance and reducing the spillover degree of rural funds is particularly important in rural areas.
