Re-assessment of the Roles and Functions of Current Triple-review Process in Manuscript Editing

书稿三审制一直是我国图书出版领域的质量保障体系的核心,对于当前面临着转型期的图书出版业,三审制在实施层面也暴露出不少问题。这些问题反映出三审制在初审、复审、终审三个环节的功能定位方面存在一定的误区,文章对此进行了深刻反思,并提出了重新界定的相关建议。

The triple-review, process of the manuscript is the core part of quality assurance system in book publishing industry. During the transformation of book publishing industry, it emerges quite a lot of issues in the triple-review process. These issues reflect some errors in the three trial system in the first instance, the riview the final judgment of the three aspects exist. This paper conducts profound analysis on these issues and provides relevant suggestions on how to redefine the roles and the functions of current triple-review process in manuscript editing.
