摘要
在互联网高速发展的背景下,传统传媒业虽然遭遇了前所未有的困境,但是都在积极寻求从内容到经营的战略转型。如何有效地对传统媒体的经营战略做出调整和创新成为一项重要的课题。文章在媒体转型的形势下,以著名的美国赫斯特传媒集团为研究对象,从其业务结构、内容价值、组织管理和跨界合作等方面入手,研究在移动互联网背景下,该集团业务重点以及经营策略的转变给予的启示。
In the context of the rapid development mobile Internet, the traditional media industry encounters unprecedented difficulties and seeks the strategic transform ways from contents to management. How to make adjustments and innovations of the traditional media group's business strategies reasonably and effectively becomes an important issue. As the main study object of Hearst Corporation US, based on the business structure, content value, organization management and cross-border cooperation etc., the paper researches the major businesses and the business strategy transformation of Hearst Corporation US under the background of mobile Internet.
