供给侧改革下成人高等教育发展研究

Study on the Development of Adult Higher Education under the Supply-side Reform

随着供给侧改革这一新的改革理论的提出,我国经济领域掀起了一股"供给侧改革热"的浪潮。在成人高等教育领域,也应该重视其供给侧改革。研究从成人高等教育的供给端出发,分析了目前成人高等教育供给端的办学定位和人才培养模式这两方面面临的困境,提出了:强调办学定位的职业性,创新人才培养模式,提高成人高等教育供给质量,从而为市场经济发展输入合适的人才。

With the proposition of the new reform theory, there has been a wave of ＂supply-side reform fever＂ in the economic field. In the field of adult higher education, the supply-side reform should be also paid attention to. This study is based on the supplyside of adult higher education, which analyzed the current dilemmas of the supply-side of adult higher education and talent training mode, and put forward the countermeasures： emphasizing on the vocational orientation of adult higher college, innovating the talent training mode, improving the quality of the supply-side of adult higher education, so as to offer the adaptive talents for the economic development.
