摘要
同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)是蛋氨酸代谢后形成的细胞毒性代谢产物,以各种形式存在于血液中。大量研究发现,Hcy与心血管疾病的发生、发展密切相关,本文就Hcy的生理功能、Hcy与心血管疾病之间的关系、Hcy致心血管疾病的机制进行综述。
Summary Homocysteine (Hcy) is a cellular toxic metabolite formed after methionine metabolism, and it ex ists in the blood in various forms. A large number of studies have found that Hcy is closely related to the occur rence and development of cardiovascular disease. This article reviews the physiological role of Hcy, the relation ship between Hcy and cardiovascular disease, and the mechanism of Hcy induced cardiovascular disease.
