摘要 提出了一种处理成品油库含油污水COD的新技术,以二氧化氯为氧化剂、自制的Fe-Cu/AC催化剂进行催化反应实验,研究了二氧化氯对含油废水处理的影响因素。结果表明,当二氧化氯投加量为400 mg/L、pH=5.5、停留时间为90 min时,COD去除率可达80%~90%。后续加上生化单元或者活性炭吸附单元可以解决成品油库含油污水处理COD不达标的问题。 A new method to remove COD in oily wastewater of product oil depot was proposed. Catalytic reaction experiment which catalyzed by self- made Fe-Cu/AC and oxidized by chlorine dioxide was carded out, and the influence factors of oily wastewater treatment of product oil depot by chlorine dioxide were studied. The results showed that the highest removal rate of COD reached 80% when chlorine dioxide mass concentration, pH and residence time was 0.4 g/L, 5.5 and 90 min respectively. This technology combined with biochemical methods or activated carbon adsorption could meet the COD discharge standard of oily wastewater treatment of product oil depot.
