摘要
研究了5种不同后处理液对PVDF中空纤维超滤膜丝的膜通量、断裂强力和孔隙率的影响。结果表明,经过30wt%的1,3-丙二醇溶液处理的PVDF中空纤维膜,膜通量及孔隙率均能维持在初始性能的95%以上,且对膜丝的断裂强力几乎没有任何影响,取得效果最佳,可以替换目前使用率最高的甘油溶液成为一种新的中空纤维膜丝后处理保护液。
The influences of five post-processing solutionsonmembrane flux, breaking strength, porosity of PVDF hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane wire were researched.The results showed that, flux and porosity of membrane could keep above 95% of initial performance, and the breaking strength of membrane wire was almost no effected by 30% of 1,3-propylene glycol solutionprocessing. This solution could replace glycerite which used most at present as a new post-processing solution for protection hollow fiber membrane wire.
