平板陶瓷膜和中空纤维膜处理重金属废水效能对比 被引量:6

Comparison of Treatment of Heavy Metal Wastewater by Flat Plate Ceramic Membrane and Hollow Fiber Membrane

摘要 以前端采用加载絮凝作为预处理、砂滤和保安过滤作为过滤系统,后端采用平板陶瓷膜和中空纤维膜2种超滤膜的方法,对处理印制电路板工厂清洗废水进行中试。结果表明,加载絮凝预处理对浊度、Cu^(2+)和Ni^(2+)的去除效果较好,去除率分别为92%、99%、97%;砂滤和保安过滤器对浊度、Cu^(2+)和Ni^(2+)平均去除率分别为84%、3%、48%;经平板陶瓷膜处理后,浊度在0.1 NTU以下,去除率达到76%;Cu^(2+)的质量浓度0.04~0.1 mg/L,去除率为65%;经中空纤维膜处理后,浊度在0.1~0.3 NTU,去除率达到53%,Cu^(2+)的质量浓度0.05~0.1 mg/L,去除率为63%;而两者对Ni^(2+)的去除效果一般,更多的依靠预处理阶段。从运行稳定性和抗污染能力方面来看,平板陶瓷膜更优于中空纤维膜。 Pilot plant test of washing wastewater in printed board plant was tested by loading flocculation pretreatment, sand and cartridge filtration system, fiat plate ceramic and hollow fiber membrane. The results showed that the removal rate of turbidity, Cu2+ and Ni2+ were better with the loading flocculation pretreatment, the removal rate were 92%, 99%, 97% respectively; The average removal rate of turbidity, Cu2+ and Ni2+ were 84%, 3% and 48% respectively by Sand filter and security filter. Aider the fiat plate ceramic membrane treatment, the turbidity was less than 0.1 NTU, the removal rate was 76%, mass concentration ofCu:+ was 0.04--4).1 mg/L, and the removal rate was 65%. After the hollow fiber membrane treatment, the turbidity was 0.1--4).3 NTU, the removal rate reached 53%, mass concentration of Cu2+ was 0.05-0. 1 mg/L, the removal rate Was 63%. And the Ni2+ removal effect was not good in both two membrane treatment, which rely on the pretreatmant phase further. In terms of operation stability and anti-fouling ability, the fiat ceramic membrane is superior to the hollow fiber membrane.
