摘要
本研究设定4个pH梯度(4.43,5.06,6.43和7.16),设置了接种AMF根内球囊霉(Glomus intraradices)、苜蓿中华根瘤菌(Sinorhizobium medicae)、同时接种AMF和根瘤菌以及不接菌处理分析温室不同pH处理下接种丛枝菌根真菌(arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi,AMF)和根瘤菌(rhizobia)对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)生长的影响。结果表明,酸胁迫抑制了紫花苜蓿的生长,使其株高降低了1.27%~10.13%,地上生物量降低了33.33%~55.56%;AM真菌可以缓解酸胁迫,促进紫花苜蓿的生长,与不接种AM真菌相比,株高提高了244.26%~294.17%,地上生物量提高了727.78%~1 737.50%,地下生物量提高了1 120%~2 220%,根长提高了39.85%~102.63%,根冠比提高了5.71%~90.32%;根瘤菌单独接种未显著影响紫花苜蓿生长(P>0.05),但与AM真菌混合接种后,可显著促进紫花苜蓿生长(P<0.05)。
Experiments were performed to test the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)and rhizobia on the growth of Medicago sativa(alfalfa)with a variety of soil pH in a greenhouse.Plants were inoculated with Glomus intraradices(AMF),Sinorhizobium medicae(rhizobium),both,or neither,under four different soil pH treatments(4.43,5.06,6.43,and 7.16).Acid stress inhibited alfalfa growth,such that plant height was decreased 1.27%~10.13%and biomass decreased 33.33%~55.56%.AMF alleviated acid stress and promoted alfalfa plant height by 244.26%~294.17%,shoot biomass by 727.78%~1 737.50%,root biomass by1 120%~2 220%,root length by 39.85%~102.63%,root:shoot ratio by 5.71%~90.32%.Inoculation with rhizobia alone did not significantly affect alfalfa growth(P〉0.05),but the co-inoculation of AMF and rhizobia significantly increased alfalfa growth(P〈0.05).
