摘要
探讨泡沫填充密度对纺织增强复合板材平压性能的影响。以涤纶长丝为原料织制了间隔机织物,用聚氨酯泡沫填充织物的间隔,用环氧树脂对板材表面进行涂层复合,制备了三明治型复合板材。通过改变聚氨酯泡沫材料的填充量,设计加工了7种填充密度的板材,并对其平压性能进行了测试。结果表明:随着填充密度的增加,平压强度呈现整体上升趋势,增加到一个极限密度后平压强度开始下降;泡沫填充密度与板材平压强度呈抛物线关系,泡沫填充密度为0.134 5g/cm3时,板材获得最大平压强度。认为:通过测试分析可以使纺织增强复合板材获得较佳的力学性能。
Influence of foam filling density on flat compressive property of the textile reinforcing material was discussed. Spacer woven fabric was woven with polyester filaments as the raw material. Polyurethane foam was used to fill the fabric gaps. Epoxy resin was used to coat and composite on the board surface. Sandwich type composite board was prepared. By changing the usage amount of polyurethane foam, seven kinds of boards with different filling density were designed and produced. Their flat compressive properties were tested. The test re suits showed that the fiat compressive strength had an overall increasing trend as the increase of filling density. When the density was increased to a limitation, the flat compressive strength started to decrease. Parabolic relation was shown between foam filling density and board flat compressive strength. When the foam filling density was 0. 134 5 g/cma ,the biggest flat compressive strength of board was obtained. It is considered that the optimal strength property of textile reinforcing material can be obtained by testing and analyses.
