棉罗布麻混纺纱的生产工艺研究

Production Technology Research of Cotton Apocynum Venetum Fiber Blended Yarn

探讨棉/罗布麻72/28 18.3tex赛络集聚纱的生产工艺及其纱线特点。罗布麻纤维预处理后与扯松的精梳长绒棉条混和后再经清梳联成条,罗布麻与棉混和条预并后经过三道并条制成熟条。分析了罗布麻纤维的性能特点、前处理工艺、纺纱工艺流程,制定了合理的工艺参数;分析了棉罗布麻混纺纱内纤维径向转移特性。指出:合理的参数配置可提高罗布麻纤维的可纺性能,使成纱质量达到要求;纺纱过程中罗布麻纤维易向纱线内部转移,棉纤维易向纱线外部转移。认为:棉罗布麻混纺织物具有优良的服用性能。

Production technology and fiber characteristics of cotton/apocynum venetum 72/28 18.3 tex siro condensed yarn were discussed. Apocynum venetum fiber was pretreated and blended with combed Long staple cotton silver which was torn loose. Then the blended card sliver was produced by blowing-carding unit. Apocynum venetum cotton blended card sliver was made into drawn sliver after three drawing processes. Properties, pretreat- ment and spinning process of apocynum venetum fiber were analyzed,the reasonable processing parameters were formulated. Fiber radial migration features of cotton apocynum venetum blended yarn was analyzed. It is pointed that spinnability of apocynum venetum fiber can be improved and yarn quality can meet requirement by reasonable processing parameters. Apocynum venetum fiber is easily transferred to yarn inside and cotton fiber is easily transferred to yarn outside. It is considered that apparel property of cotton apocynum venetum blended fabric is excellent.
