浅谈牛仔竹节纱仿样生产中的几个问题

Problems in Imitative Production of Denim Slub Yarn

探讨竹节纱仿样生产的设计要点和注意事项。分析了配棉、集聚纺装置、竹节参数测量误差、布样数据优化方法等对竹节牛仔布面风格的影响。指出:在竹节纱仿样生产中要注重配棉的选择,优选合理的集聚纺装置;及时跟进仿样生产后的织造、染色、水洗工艺;严格把关节长、节距、节粗的范围,及时调节并优化,以保证布面风格一致。认为:提升牛仔竹节纱设计水平,可有效提高竹节纱仿样生产效率。

Design points and notes in imitative production of slub yarn were discussed. The impact of cotton assorting, condensed spinning system,measuring error about slub length^slub distance and slub diameter, fabric data optimization method on the slub denim fabric style was analyzed. It is pointed that cotton assorting should be noticed,condensed spinning system should be optimized in imitative production of slub yarn. Weaving, dyeing and washing processes should be followed after imitative production. The range of slub length,slub distance and slub diameter should be checked strictly and optimized timely in order to ensure fabric style is consistent. It is consid- ered that improving denim slub yarn design could increase the imitative production efficiency of slub yarn.
