上转换纳米粒子在细胞检测及肿瘤靶向治疗中的应用进展

摘要 上转换纳米粒子(UCNPs)具有发光谱窄、发光强度高、不产生自体荧光与光漂白、粒子本身无毒等优点。将UCNPs与特定抗体相结合形成的抗体-UCNPs轭合物具有靶向性,作为新一代荧光探针用于细胞的靶向检测。改变UCNPs的成分,可使UCNPs作为一种纳米载体,搭载特定化疗药物对肿瘤病灶进行靶向治疗;同时UCNPs还具有光热治疗和光动力治疗的性能,对肿瘤组织具有良好的协同治疗效果。
