2008年国际金融危机爆发以来,世界经济步入深度调整与结构再平衡的"新平庸"状态,以大规模跨国投资驱动、高增长中间品贸易为特征的全球价值链步入结构深度调整期。从未来重振全球贸易发展看,要扭转世界经济持续性放缓甚至衰退的根本在于提高全球经济体生产力,提高资本和技术的配置效率,加大全球创新基础设施投资,深化全球价值链分工效率与合作水平。

Since the international financial crisis in the year 2008, the world economy has entered the ＂mediocre＂ state of deep adjustment and structural rebalaneing, the global value chain has entered into the deep structurd adjustment perild, which has characteristics of driving by large multinational investment and high growth of intermediate goods trade to revive global trade development in the future, the root to reverse the continuing slowdown of the world economic recession lies in improving global economic productivity, improving the technology and capital allocation efficiency, expanding the global innovation infrastructure investment, deepening the efficiency of division of global value chain and cooperation level.
