中国省会城市由经济圈向都市圈战略升级研究——以合肥为例

Study on the Provincial Capitals Promotion from Economic Circles to Metropolis Circles——A Case Study of Hefei City

中国的省会城市因为拥有省会资源优势,大多已在省域中心城市的基础上形成了省会经济圈,并具有向省会都市圈战略升级的趋势,升级的方向与路径,既需要在实践中探索,也需要学界深入研究,在实践的基础上对其规律做出学理性概括。以安徽省会合肥市为对象,对省会经济圈向省会都市圈战略升级进行案例研究,结论是:中国省会城市由经济圈向都市圈战略升级的方向是一体化、同城化、国际化,战略升级的路径是深化区域合作,共建共享,以有效的区域合作推进向"三化"升级。

Because of having the advantage of resource, most of the Chinese provincial capitals have formed the economic circles, and have the tendency of upgrading to the metropolis circles. The direction and the pathway of upgrading should not only be explored in the practice, but also need the profound study by the academic field, and to be summarized the laws rationally based on the practice. Take the provincial capital of Anhui province as an example, this paper studies the provincial capital＇s upgrading from economic circles to metropolis circles. The findings suggest that the upgrading direction of Chinese provincial capital is integration, urban integration, internationalization, the pathway of upgrading is deepening the regional cooperation, promoting the upgrading of ＂industrialization, urbanization, agricultural modernization＂ by the effective way of regional cooperation.
