Summary of the Sino-British Strategic Cooperation Forum under the “The Belt and Road” Initiative

2016年10月在郑州召开的中英"一带一路"战略合作论坛旨在充分利用中英合作"黄金时代"的历史机遇,推动中英在"一带一路"框架内各领域的交流与合作。论坛从河南融入"一带一路"战略成效明显,"一带一路"是包容性发展的全球化战略,全球化新时代下工业化的新挑战,中英"一带一路"战略合作是历史趋势四个大视角深入探讨新时代下全球合作与治理,并形成六大学术观点:在中国探索"一省对一国"深度合作模式,河南省成为中国开放型经济发展活跃的区域之一,中国"一带一路"建设是包容性的全球化战略,对未来世界格局影响深远。英国是一个对世界经济发展做出过巨大贡献的国家,在区域发展、社会治理、文化创意、高科技研发、航空城建设、金融创新等很多领域具有发展优势,"一带一路"建设为中英合作共赢理念提供实践支撑,对全球治理模式创新起到了思想引领作用,地区之间发展竞争是现有体制下促进中国经济可持续发展的强大动力,是中国特色区域发展理论的突出优势。

＂The Belt and Road＂ strategic cooperation forum aims to make full use of the historical opportunity in the Sino British cooperation ＂golden age＂, to promote the Sino British exchanges and cooperation in various fields under the ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative. The forum discussed profoundly the global cooperation and management from the following four aspects： the remarkable effect of Henan imputing into the ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative, ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative is the strategy of globalization inclusive development, facing the challenge of new industrial stage in the global time, the historical trend of Sino-British cooperation under the ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative, and formed six academic view： to explore the profound cooperation mode between ＂a province and a country＂, Henan province has become one of the most active Chinese region in open economy, the ＂The Belt and Road＂ Initiative is the globalization inclusive strategy, Britain has made great contribution to the world economic development, has the development advantage in the field of regional development, social governance, cultural and creative, high-tech research and development, airport city construction, financial innovation and so on. The ＂The Belt and Road＂ initiative construction supports the concept of China win-win cooperation, and guides the innovation of global governance. The competition between regions is a powerful driving force for promoting the sustainable development of Chinese economy under the current system, and has a prominent advantage of regional development theory with Chinese characteristics.
