过氧化氢气体灭菌抗力检测器性能和影响因素研究

Study on the performance and influence factors of hydrogen peroxide gas sterilization resistance detector

目的研究过氧化氢气体灭菌抗力检测器的性能和影响因素。方法采用目测、定量注入试验方法和染菌载体定性灭菌试验方法,观察检测器性能、过氧化氢浓度影响因素和生物指示剂灭菌效果的影响因素。结果该设备技术性能和灭菌程序符合气化过氧化氢灭菌抗力检测器性能要求,且产生的等离子体能完全解离残留的过氧化氢。在注入时间30 s、气化时间30 s、开机后空载2次和采用检测室连续循环进气方式的灭菌条件下,从气化器直接注入过氧化氢,抗力检测器显示屏上H_2O_2浓度显示值与理论值一致。当浓度显示值达到5.0 mg/L以上时,作用时间80 s,过氧化氢灭菌抗力检测器才能对生物指示剂达到完全灭菌。结论本研究设计的过氧化氢蒸汽灭菌抗力检测器性能符合国家标准的要求,无过氧化氢残留,灭菌效果重现性好。

Objective To study the performance and influence factors of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization resistance detector. Methods Visual,quantitative injection test and bacterial carrier qualitative sterilization test were used to observe the performance of detector and the factors that influence the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and the biological indicator for sterilization effect. Results The performance of the detector and the sterilization procedures were in accordance with the performance requirements of the gasification hydrogen peroxide sterilization resistance detector,and the plasma physical ability completely dissociated residual hydrogen peroxide. After the start of the no- load twice,under the sterilization conditions of hydrogen peroxide sterilization resistance detector set to the injection time of 30 s,the gasification time of 30 s,used by continuous cycle of room air inlet mode and direct injection of hydrogen peroxide from the gasifier,the theoretical value and display value of the detector was consistent to the concentration of hydrogen peroxide. With the concentration of hydrogen peroxide above 5. 0 mg / L and 80 s of the sterilization time,the hydrogen peroxide sterilization resistance detector could completely kill the Bacillus stearothermophilus spores on the biological indicator. Conclusion The performance of the hydrogen peroxide sterilization resistance detector meets the requirements of the national standard,without hydrogen peroxide residue,and with good sterilization effect.
