牛角瓜茎提取物的抑菌活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的以牛角瓜的茎部为试验材料,对茎部粗提物的抑菌活性进行评价。方法采用索氏提取法,以不同极性的溶剂(石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、甲醇)对牛角瓜的茎进行提取,采用纸片琼脂扩散法评价各粗提物对13种供试菌的抑菌活性。结果以石油醚为溶剂的粗提物对枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉和大肠埃希菌表现出良好到优秀的抑菌活性;以氯仿为溶剂的粗提物对白色念珠菌显示出接近于氟康唑的抑菌活性;以乙酸乙酯、甲醇为溶剂的粗提物对变紫青霉、黑曲霉、尖孢镰刀菌及黄曲霉有一定的抑菌活性。结论溶剂的极性及使用顺序对粗提物的抑菌活性有较大影响。 Objective To evaluate the antimicrobial activities of stem extracts from Calotropisgigantea. Methods The stem was extracted by Soxhlet extraction method with four different solvents,including petroleum ether,chloroform,ethyl acetate and methyl alcohol. The antimicrobial activities were evaluated against thirteen tested bacteria by disc agar diffusion method. Results The results showed that the petroleum ether stem extracts exhibited good to excellent antimicrobial activities against Staphylococcus aureus,Aspergillus flavus,Acinetobacter baumanii and Fusarium oxyporum. The chloroform stem extracts displayed an excellent antifungal activity against Candida albicans almost the same as that of fluconazole. The ethyl acetate and methyl alcohol stem extracts exhibited certain activities against Penicilliumpurpurascens,Aspergillus niger,Fusarium oxyporum and Aspergillus flavus. Conclusion The antimicrobial activities of stem extracts with different solvents were greatly related to the polarity and the extraction sequence of solvents.
