摘要
目的通过过氧乙酸对嗜肺军团菌和大肠杆菌的定量杀灭试验,比较其对消毒剂的抗性。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验,比较过氧乙酸对两种细菌的杀灭效果。结果 100 mg/L过氧乙酸作用10 min,可有效杀灭悬液内大肠杆菌;20 mg/L过氧乙酸作用2.5 min,可有效杀灭悬液内嗜肺军团菌。结论嗜肺军团菌对过氧乙酸的抗性远低于大肠杆菌,用大肠杆菌为指示菌评价过氧乙酸的消毒效果可用于对嗜肺军团菌的评价。
Objective To compare the resistance of legionella pneumophila and Escherichia coli to peracetic acid through the test of bacterial germicidal test. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to compare the killing effect of the two kinds of bacteria. Results The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli exposed to the solution containing peracetic acid 100 mg / L for 2 min,and the killing logarithm values of Legionella pneumophil exposed to the solution containing peracetic acid 20 mg / L for 2. 5 min were both above 5. 00. Conclusion The disinfectant resistance of the Legionella pneumophila was much lower than that of the Escherichia coli,and E. coli could be used as the indicator bacteria for the evaluation of the disinfection effect of bacteria.
