妇科护理人员手卫生依从性及影响因素分析

Analysis of hand hygiene compliance and influence factors of nursing staff in gynecology department

目的了解妇科护理人员手卫生状况,提高手卫生依从性。方法通过现场查看和实际考察方法,对某妇产医院妇科护理人员手卫生现状进行调查与分析。结果共观察该医院妇科在岗护理人员48名,依照规范的手卫生指征,手卫生依从性率为53.0%。影响妇科护理人员手卫生依从性的因素包括工作繁忙,认为手上无明显污染物、怕麻烦等。经过手卫生培训和加强管理1周后,该医院妇科护理人员手卫生依从率提高到85.7%,但3个月后手卫生的依从率又降低到58.8%。结论医院护理人员的手卫生依从性经过加强管理可以得到提高,但管理松懈后随之降低,提示必须加强管理,以制度巩固效果。

Objective To understand the hand hygiene condition of gynecological nursing staff,and improve the compliance of hand hygiene. Methods The present situation of hand hygiene of gynecological nursing staff in a maternity hospital was investigated and analyzed through field inspection and practical investigation. Results A total of 48 gynecological nursing staff in the hospital were observed. Hand hygiene compliance rate（ implementation rate） was 53. 0% according to the standard hand hygiene guidelines. The factors that affect the hand hygiene compliance of gynecological nursing staff include busy work,no obvious pollution on hand,and so on. After the hand hygiene training and strengthening management for1 weeks,the hand hygiene compliance of gynecological nursing staff of the hospital increased to 85. 7%,but after 3 compliance months decreased to 58. 8%. Conclusion Hospital hand hygiene compliance can be improved by the strengthening of management,but after the relaxation of management followed by a decrease,suggesting that management must be strengthened at all times by the system to be consolidated.
