护理本科生参与迷你临床演练评量的质性研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究护理本科生对"迷你临床演练评量"(Mini-CEX)应用于临床护理教学及考核中的真实评价,了解Mini-CEX在临床护理教学中的作用及存在问题,为改进和完善教学方法提供依据,同时为临床护理教学改革的深入提供参考。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对我校12名本科护生和8名临床护理带教老师进行半结构式深入访谈,将获得的资料进行分析、整理、归纳主题。结果 Mini-CEX具有帮助护生提高临床护理综合能力等优势,但也存在评估项目不适用于护理领域、考核体系尚未建立、师资培训尚未完善、增加带教老师工作量等问题。结论 Mini-CEX在临床护理教学中起到了积极的作用,但需制定适合护理专业的Mini-CEX量表,建立统一系统化的考核体系,设立专职带教教师并完善师资培训,以确保Mini-CEX在临床护理教学中的实施及质量。 Objective To study the authentic assessment of nursing undergraduates on applying Mini clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)to clinical nursing teaching,to understand the function and existing problem of MiniCEX used on clinical nursing teaching,and to provide reference for making improvement and perfection on teaching.Method Based on phenomenological approach to qualitative research,12 undergraduate nursing students and 8clinical nursing teachers in our school were surveyed by semi structured in-depth interview,The data obtained was analyzed and sorted out.Results Mini-CEX has advantage on helping nursing students improve their comprehensive abilities of clinical nursing.In the meantime,there are still some problems as evaluation item being not applicable to nursing field,unfounded of evaluation system,incomplete system of teachers training,and increasing workload of teachers.Conclusions Mini-CEX have played an active role in clinical nursing teaching,but it is required to formulate proper scales for nursing specialty,set up unified systematic evaluation system,found full time teachers and make perfection on teachers training system,to make sure of the application quality of Mini-CEX on clinical nursing teaching.
