摘要
本文针对众筹过程中两大参与主体的特征,分析众筹情境中不同信息条件下投资方和筹资方的利润博弈过程,基于产量、产品投放度、折扣系数和创新度4个解释变量,对双方利益及决策的影响进行探讨,最终促使投资方和筹资方进行相应的策略选择.研究结果表明:在完全信息条件下和不完全信息条件下,投资方和筹资方最终都能达到均衡状态,并获取各自最大收益,同时提出创新合作是一种双赢策略.
Aiming at the characteristics of the two main participants in the process of crowdfunding, it analyzed the profit game of investors and crowdfunders under different information conditions in crowdfunding, and discussed the in- fluence on the interests and decisions of both sides based on four explanatory variables which were production, degree of product launch, discount coefficient, and degree of innovation, so as to prompt investors and crowdfunders to choose the corresponding strategy. The results show that under the condition of complete information and incomplete informa- tion, both investors and crowdfunders can achieve the consistent equilibrium and get their biggest benefits. At the same time, it put forward that the innovation cooperation is a win-win strategy.
