基于Maxwell仿真的220V-100V电源变压器优化设计

摘要 随着电子工业的发展,电源变压器应用越来越广泛。针对现有电源变压器体积较大及重量较重问题,文中设计了一种基于自耦变压器设计的220 V-110 V电源变压器。与普通相同功率的电源变压器比较,自耦变压器使用的材料,包括铜线、铁心和绝缘材料等都比较少,因而不但降低了生产成本,且能大大减小电源变压器的体积。利用Maxwell对电源变压器设计的可行性进行了验证。通过仿真试验表明,该设计方法及优化方案可行性强。 With the development of the electronics industry,power transformers are becoming more and more widely used. Aiming at the problem of large size and weight of existing power transformer,a design method of 220 V-110 V power transformer based on autotransformer was proposed in this paper. Compared with ordinary power transformers,autotransformer materials,including copper wire,core and insulation materials were relatively small,thus not only reduced the production cost,and can greatly reduce the size of the power transformer. The feasibility of power transformer design was verified by using Maxwell. The simulation results showed that the design method and the optimization scheme were feasible.
