摘要 通过比较密歇根大学和上海交通大学科研管理机构的组织定位、主要职能和运行模式,发现密歇根大学科研管理机构是扁平化和顾客导向的服务型组织,上海交通大学科研管理机构是科层化和行政导向的管制型组织。边界组织理论视角下我国研究型大学科研管理机构的功能重构和组织变革的路径是:建立以学术为本的全过程科研管理体制;建立校院二级科研管理体系;明确科研管理机构作为服务型边界组织的性质;建立学术群体认同的科研管理制度。 Through comparing organizational research management organization of the University scientific research management organization of the organization, while Shanghai Jiao Tong University' oriented regulatory organization.
