益气养血汤加减对老年非小细胞肺癌术后化疗后免疫功能及不良反应抑制作用的研究

Study on Effect of Yiqi Yangxue Decoction in Treatment of Elder Patients after Postoperative Adjuvant Chemotherapy for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer in Immune Function and Its Inhibition

目的:探究益气养血汤加减对老年非小细胞肺癌术后化疗后免疫功能及不良反应抑制作用。方法:收集术后化疗的老年非小细胞肺癌患者64例,根据随机对照表分为对照组和试验组,每组32例。对照组给予注射用重酒石酸长春瑞滨(NVB)30 mg·m-2静脉滴注,每周期第1、8日;顺铂30 mg·m-2+0.9%氯化钠注射液500 m L静脉滴注,每周期第1~3日静点,一个周期为21 d,共治疗4个周期;试验组在对照组的基础上每日给予益气养血汤每日1剂分3次温水服用,连续服用2周。治疗结束后对比分析两组患者一般情况、T细胞亚群、免疫功能以及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组血清CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平较高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清Th、Th/Ts以及NK细胞水平升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,Th、Th/Ts以及NK细胞水平较高(P<0.05);治疗后试验组总T水平升高(P<0.05),对照组总T水平降低(P<0.05),两组治疗前后Ts水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养血汤加减能够提高老年非小细胞肺癌术后化疗后免疫功能,降低不良反应抑制作用。

Objective ： To explore the effect of Yiqi Yangxue Decoction in the treatment of elder patients after postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for non - small cell lung cancer in immune function and its inhibition. Methods ： A total of 64 cases in our hospital after postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for non - small cell lung cancer were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups,32 in each. Control group received Vinorelbine Bitartrate for Injection （NVB） 30 mg · m^-2 iv, on 1st and 8th of each course,Cisplatin 30 mg · m^-2 ＋0.9% Sodium Chloride Injection 500 mL,on 1st 2ed and 3th day at each course,21 days for a course and treated for 4 courses. Treatment group received Yiqi Yangxue Decoction each day. And clinical efficacy, T cell subsets, immune function and adverse reactions were compared before and after the treatment. Results ： Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, two groups＇ serum CD3＋ , CD4＋ , CDs and CD4/CD5＋ were increased in 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） and compared with the control group, serum levels of CD3＋ , CD4 , CDs in the treatment group were higher（ P 〈 0. 05 ） and serum Th,Th/Ts and NK cell in 2 groups increased（P 〈0. 05）. And compared with the control group,Th,Th/ Ts and NK in the treatment group were higher（ P 〈0.05 ）. T levels in the treatment group increased（ P 〈 0. 05 ） and the T levels in control group decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and there was no significant difference of TS level in 2 groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The inci- dence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Yiqi Yangxue Decoction can improve immune function and reduce the adverse reaction inhibition in elderly patients with non - small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy.
