补阳还五汤联合川芎嗪对急性脑梗塞患者血液流变学及预后的改善分析

Analysis of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Ligustrazine Injection on Hemorheology and Prognosis Improvement of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合川芎嗪对急性脑梗塞60例的血液流变学及预后的改善。方法:120例急性脑梗塞患者,通过随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。两组患者均给予常规基础治疗,对照组给予川芎嗪注射液,观察组在对照组基础上加用补阳还五汤。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组[(6.34±0.78)分vs(8.45±1.13)分](P<0.05);观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率均比对照组低[(8.74±1.14)m Pa·s vs(10.58±1.55)m Pa·s,(1.65±0.31)m Pa·s vs(2.05±0.53)m Pa·s,(19.75±2.35)mm/h vs(24.56±3.06)mm/h](P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组[88.33%(53/60)vs71.67%(43/60)](P<0.05);两组患者治疗过程中不良反应比较无显著差异[6.67%(4/60)vs13.33%(8/60)](P>0.05)。结论在急性脑梗塞患者中应用补阳还五汤联合川芎嗪效果显著,值得应用推广。

Objective：To study analyze the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with Ligustrazine Injection on hemorheology and prognosis improvement of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods：A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarctio were divided randomly into observation and control groups ,60 cases in each. They were com- pared the treatment effect. Results ： After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than the control group＇ s [ （6.34 ± 0.78 ） score vs （ 8.45 ± 1.13 ） score ] （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and e- rythrocyte sedimentation rate in the observation group were lower than the control group＇s [ （8.74 ± 1. 14）mPa · s vs （10.58 ± 1.55）mPa · s, （1.65 ±0.31）mPa · s vs（2.05±0.53）mPa · s,（19.75 ±2.35）mm/h vs（24.56 ±3.06） mm/h ] （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was higher than the control group＇ s [ 88.33 % （53/60）vs71.67% （43/60） ] （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups [ 6.67 % （4/60） vsl 3.33 % （8/60） ] （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： In patients with acute cerebral infarction by Buyang tluanwu Decoction combined with Ligustrazine have significant effect. It is worthy of application and promotion.
