摘要
综述了蔬菜安全种植的内涵和标准化基础,从产品、过程和服务的角度分析了蔬菜生产各环节的标准化要素,以微生物和化学污染为例分析了蔬菜生产过程的食品安全风险和采取的相应措施,论述了蔬菜安全种植综合技术规范编写的要点。
The paper reviewed the concept and standardization basis of safety plant of vegetables,analyzed the standardization elements of different stages of the vegetable plant,and summarized the food safety risk and countermeasures in the process of vegetable plant taking microorganism and chemicals contamination for example and summarized the framework and key elements of the specification of safety plant of vegetables.
