摘要
高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)技术是一种连续高效的新型液—液分配色谱技术,本文综述了花色苷单体的商业化现状及利用逆流色谱法分离纯化花色苷单体的研究进展。
High-Speed Counter-Current Chromatography（ HSCCC） is a kind of efficient productive chromatographic technique based on continous liquid-liquid partition. The research advancements of of commercial application of individual anthocyanins and separation and purification of individual anthoaynins by HSCCC were reviewed.
