白蟠桃和黄桃果实发育的果形和色泽变化分析 被引量:4

摘要 研究了早中熟白肉蟠桃‘沪蟠1号'和黄肉圆桃‘锦香'果实发育中后期的果形和色泽变化。结果表明:‘沪蟠1号'的果形变化较小,‘锦香'逐步从椭圆形变为近圆形;‘沪蟠1号'和‘锦香'红果皮L~*值、B~*值和C~*值低于同发育期的绿果皮,红果皮A~*值高于同发育期的绿果皮;‘沪蟠1号'和‘锦香'的果皮A~*值呈先下降后上升趋势,果皮B~*值与C~*值呈上升趋势;‘沪蟠1号'和‘锦香'的果肉L~*值呈先上升后下降的趋势,果肉A~*值呈上升趋势,果肉B~*值和C~*值呈下降趋势。 Field experiments with both early/mid varieties white flat peach ' Hupan 1' and yellow roundpeach ' Jinxiang' were carried out to study changes of their fruit shape and color at middle and later stages offruit development. The results showed that the fruit shape of ' Hupan 1 ' varied less while that of ' Jinxiang'changed gradually from ellipsoid to near round during fruit development;The red peels' L * , B * and C* valueswere lower than the green peels' , but the red peels' A * value was higher than the green peels' at the same stageduring fruit development of both ' Hupan 1 ' and ' Jinxiang' ; The peels' A * value firstly decreased and thenincreased, while the peels' B * and C* values presented a upward trend;The flesh L* value firstly rose and thenfell, the flesh A * value presented a upward trend, but the flesh B * and C * values presented a downward trend.
