高含油量优质油菜新品种‘农科08’的选育

Breeding of a new superior high-oil-content rape variety ‘Nongke 08’

‘农科08'是上海市农业科学院和上海农科种子种苗有限公司选育的优质、高含油率、多抗甘蓝型双低油菜常规新品种。该品种采用品种间杂交方法育成,以‘沪油15'为母本,‘扬鉴8号'为父本配置杂交组合,经过8代田间抗病性鉴定筛选,农艺性状、产量和品质性状选择,培育成油菜新品种‘农科08'。区域试验和生产试验结果表明,‘农科08'种子最高含油率达49.66%,产量达2 916 kg/hm^2,适合上海及周边区域推广播种。

＇Nongke 08＇ is a new diseases-resistant and high-oil-content rape variety with double lowcontent in rapeseed, bred by this institute and Shanghai Nongke Seeds and Seedlings Company Limited throughcrossing the female parent ＇ Huyou 15 ＇ with the male parent ＇ Yangjian 8＇ and 8-generation selection in terms ofdisease resistance, agronomic character, yield and quality trait. The regional test and production test showed that＇ Nongke 08＇ could yield 2 916 kg/hm2 in seeds and be up to 49.66% in oil perentage and suitable for plantingand popularizing in Shanghai and its surrounding areas.
