摘要 针对呼吸类疾病患者的呼吸状态监控需求,设计提出一款可穿戴呼吸测量系统。该系统基于热式流量传感器,可实现呼吸信号的采集,系统可穿戴,易于推广普及;采用基于线性回归的标定算法,可自动识别数据阶次,选择拟合曲线,提高测量精度;验证了测量系统设计方案的可行性,对比了不同方案下传感器的输出结果,并进行实际呼吸测试;提出一套人体呼吸特征参数计算方法,可获得呼吸频率、潮气量等肺容量参数,以利于后续医疗分析。实验表明,该呼吸测量系统可以解决人体呼吸状态的实时监控问题,在呼吸医疗领域有较好的应用前景。 In order to meet the monitoring requirements for respiratory diseases, this study proposes a wearable respiration detection system. This system is based on the thermal flow sensor to achieve the respiratory signals acquisition, which is wearable and convenient for wide use. Besides, a linear regression calibration algorithm is designed for automatically data analysis and model fitting. The feasibility of the detection system has been validated with the actual respiratory tests compared to the outputs under different conditions. This study also proposes a human respiratory characteristic parameters calculation method for obtaining parameters like respiratory rate and tidal volume, which are significant for further medical analysis. Experiments show that the respiratory detection system can attain the goals of real-time human respiration monitoring, which is promising in the respiration medical field.
