企业安全监督与管理的思考

Deliberation on Enterprises' Safety Supervision and Management

针对目前企业安全管理存在规章制度执行不严、直线责任落实不到位、安全教育培训不实、安全文化引领作用不强的问题进行分析,从落实安全责任、建立健全安全监督机制、强化安全培训效果、发挥安全文化引领作用等方面,阐述了企业安全监督与管理的措施,对企业实现安全发展具有一定指导意义。

There are several problems in the enterprise safety management,including the lack of rules and regulations execution,line responsibility not in place,false safety education and training and week guidance effect of safety culture.Aiming these four problems,this paper introduces the measurements for enterprise's safety supervision and management,which is beneficial to the safe development of enterprise.
