摘要
在分析地铁工程施工进度管理中的不利影响因素及传统施工进度管理方式不足的基础上,研究基于BIM的地铁工程施工进度管理方法,给出4D虚拟建造技术、图形化施工进度管理、可视化施工模拟及碰撞检测的实现方法,结合工程案例,验证了该方法的可行性,比传统方法更加形象直观,该法可实现信息的集成管理,提高管理效率。
On the basis of analyzing bad influences in metro engineering’s construction schedule management and insufficient in the traditional method, this paper studied how to realize BIM-based construction schedule management of metro engineering to solve existed problems in the present management. Ways to realize BIM-based 4D virtual construction technology, BIM-based graphic construction schedule management, BIM-based visual construction simulation and BIM-based clash detective are raised. By researching a classical metro engineering, feasibility of these methods were verified, and it shows that BIM-based management way which helps to realize integrated management of information is more vivid than traditional way, BIM application improves the efficiency of construction schedule management.
