基于模糊聚类与GCA的高速公路融资模式选择研究

BASED ON FUZZY CLUSTERING AND GCA OF HIGHWAY FINANCING MODE SELECTION RESEARCH

以高速公路融资模式的特点为研究对象,提出了一种模糊聚类算法与灰色关联分析(GCA)相互依存的高速公路项目融资模式选择方法。在GCA原理的基础上,主要阐述如何利用模糊聚类来协同GCA处理较多数据时较为复杂的问题。对影响融资模式的评价指标进行筛选后,建立模糊聚类和GCA的融资模式选择评价模型;最后应用该模型对10个典型的融资模式影响因素进行计算和预测。实证研究表明该方法对于高速公路融资模式的选择是确切可行的,具有较高的使用价值。

With the characteristics of highway financing model as the research object, this paper proposes a fuzzy clustering algorithm and grey correlation analysis （GCA） interdependence of highway project financing model selection method. On the basis of the principles of GCA, mainly expounds how to use fuzzy clustering to synergy GCA handle more data more complex problems. Affecting the financing model of evaluation index after screening, to establish the fuzzy clustering and financing mode selection of GCA evaluation model; Finally, the model was applied to 10 typical financing model influence factors to calculate and forecast. Empirical studies show that the method for highway financing model selection is precise and feasible, has high use value.
