摘要
某工程采用旋挖灌注桩处理软弱地基,出现了许多Ⅲ类缺陷桩。经采用多种手段检查与检测,认定是桩顶下5~6 m处的桩身断裂所致。经多方案比较后决定采用加筋压力注浆法补强,并再次进行多种方法的检测,证明补强后的桩身强度能满足设计的要求。
Rotary digging piles had used for processing soft ground of one project. However, there were many Ⅲ class defective were found in these piles. After inspection and testing by a variety of means, it was found that the defects was caused by cracks of pile body. these cracks under pile top 5 ~ 6 m.Method of pressure grouting reinforcement was adopted after the comparison of many alternatives. It was proved that the modified pile body strength can meet the design requirements.
