应用正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of orthodontic combined with oral cavity repair in the treatment of congenital missing teeth

目的分析应用正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果。方法选取2014年2月~2015年10月武汉市武昌医院口腔科收治的先天性缺牙患者75例,随机分为观察组38例,对照组37例,对照组采用口腔修复治疗,观察组采用正畸联合口腔修复治疗,观察两组患者的语言和咀嚼功能评分以及其恢复时间、治疗疗效、满意度等差异。结果治疗后,观察组语言功能、咀嚼功能均优于对照组[(9.52±1.75)分vs(7.78±1.39)分、(9.55±1.06)分vs(7.22±1.02)分,P<0.05];观察组语言功能恢复时间、咀嚼功能恢复时间均小于对照组[(16.95±4.62)d vs(25.62±5.34)d、(21.57±5.12)d vs(27.18±4.75)d,P<0.05];观察组总满意率优于对照组[94.59%(35/37)vs 73.68%(28/38),P<0.05];观察组总有效率优于对照组[94.59%(35/37)vs 76.31%(29/38),P<0.05]。结论正畸联合口腔修复治疗先天性缺牙,能够显著改善患者缺牙症状,促进咀嚼功能和语言功能的恢复,提高治疗疗效及满意度。

Objective To study the clinical effect of orthodontic combined with oral cavity repair in the treatment of congenital missing teeth. Methods 75 cases of patients with congenital missing teeth whoreceived therapy from February 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected as research objects. The control group was treated with Oral repair,while the observation group was treated with Orthodontic combined oral cavity repair. Then language function,chewing function score,recovery time,curative effect and satisfaction degree were compared. Results After treatment,l Language function,chewing function score in research group was better than the control group（9.52 ± 1.75 vs 7.78 ± 1.39）、（9.55 ± 1.06 vs 7.22 ± 1.02）（P〈0.05）;Recovery time of language function and recovery time of chewing function in research group was less than the control group（16.95 ± 4.62）d vs（25.62 ± 5.34）d、（21.57 ± 5.12 d vs 27.18 ± 4.75 d）（P 〈0.05）;Total satisfaction rate of research group was statistically higher than that in the control group94.59%（35/37） vs 73.68%（28/38）（P〈0.05）;The total effective rate of observation group was statistically higher than that in the control group 94.59%（35/37） vs 76.31%（29/38）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Orthodontic treatment combined with oral cavity repair for congenital missing teeth can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with missing teeth,promote the recovery of chewing function and language function,and can improve the therapeutic efficacy and satisfaction.
