磁固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定环境空气中的苯并[a]芘

Determination of Benzo [a] Pyrene in Ambient Air by Magnetic Solid Phase Extraction and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 采用共沉淀法合成具有壳-核结构的Fe_3O_4@SiO_2@Mg-Al LDH磁性纳米材料,并利用TEM、EDX、VSM对其进行物理表征.以合成的磁性纳米材料作为磁固相萃取的吸附剂,结合高效液相色谱-荧光检测器建立了一种对环境空气中的苯并[a]芘的简便高效的分析检测方法.在最佳的实验优化条件下,苯并[a]芘在0.1~25.0 ng/m L的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R^2=0.999 1,检出限为0.15 ng/m L.该方法已成功应用于环境空气中苯并[a]芘的测定,回收率为86.0%~99.8%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~5.2%. Magnesium-aluminum layered double hydroxide coated on magnetic nanoparticles( Fe3O4@ SiO2@Mg-Al LDH) magnetic nanomaterials with shell-core structure are synthesized by coprecipitation method,and their physical properties are then characterized by TEM,EDX and VSM. A simple and effective method for the determination of benzo [a]pyrene in ambient air is established by using synthetic magnetic nanomaterials as the adsorbent for magnetic solid phase extraction combined with high-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection( HPLC-FLD). Under the optimal experimental conditions,a good linearity for the analysis of benzo [a] pyrene in the concentration range of 0. 1 ~ 25. 0 ng/m L with a correlation coefficient( R^2) of0. 999 1 is obtained,and the limit of detection( LOD) is 0. 15 ng/m L. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of benzo [a]pyrene in ambient air samples. The satisfactory recoveries are 86.0% ~ 99. 8% and the relative standard deviation( RSD) is 2. 4% ~ 5. 2%.
