规范的社区康复治疗对脑卒中患者运动功能的影响

Influence of Normative Community-based Rehabilitation Treatment for Motor Function of Stroke Patients

目的:对规范的社区康复治疗对脑卒中患者运动功能的影响进行一定的探讨和观察。方法:对2013年12月~2015年12月时间段内于社区医院进行临床治疗的80例脑卒中患者给予研究,根据随机数字方法分为两组,每组各有40例患者,对照组的患者只实施常规的药物治疗,观察组的患者实施规范的社区康复治疗,分析两组患者的效果。结果:观察组患者治疗后的改良Barthel指数评分、MAS评分为(56.22±4.63)分、(29.72±5.02)分,与对照组患者的(37.96±9.05)分、(13.05±7.83)分相比,P<0.05,组间差异明显;观察组患者及其家属的治疗满意度(97.50%)与对照组患者(85.00%)相比,P<0.05,组间差异明显。结论:对脑卒中患者给予规范的社区康复治疗可明显改善其运动功能,效果较好。

Objective：To discuss and observe the influence of normative community-based rehabilitation treatment for motor function of stroke patients.Methods：80cases of stroke patients treated in a community hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was only given conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was given normative community-based rehabilitation treatment,then compared the effects of two groups.Results：The modified Barthel index score and MAS score of observation group was（56.22±4.63）and（29.72±5.02）,and the modified Barthel index score and MAS score of control group was（37.96±9.05）and（37.96±9.05）,with obvious difference（P〈0.05）.The treatment satisfaction of patients and their families of observation group was 97.5%,and that of control group was 85.00%,with obvious difference.Conclusion：Normative community-based rehabilitation treatment for stroke patients can effectively improve motor function,with better effect.
