社区医院对恶性肿瘤患者的心理治疗研究

Study on Psychotherapy for Malignant Tumor Patients in Community Hospital

目的:探讨社区医院对恶性肿瘤患者的心理治疗效果。方法:随机选取某社区医院恶性肿瘤患者60名,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30名患者。在社区医生的指导下对观察组患者实施社区综合性规范化管理模式心理干预措施,对照组患者不采取社区心理干预措施,对比两组患者的心理干预效果。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区医院对恶性肿瘤患者的心理治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者的生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of psychotherapy for malignant tumor patients in community hospital.Methods：60cases of malignant tumor patients treated in a community hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group.Under the guidance of community doctors,the observation group was given psychological intervention measure of community integrated standardized management,and the control group were not given community psychological intervention,then compared the psychological intervention effect of two groups.Results：The clinical treatment effect of observation group was better than that of control group,which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment effect of psychotherapy for malignant tumor patients in community hospital is remarkable,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
