分析股骨头坏死患者应用CT与核磁共振检查的诊断学价值

Value of CT and MRI in the Diagnosis of Patients with Femoral Head Necrosis

目的:研究在股骨头坏死的诊断中应用CT检查与核磁共振检查的价值。方法:选取某院收治的120例经手术病理诊断得以确诊的股骨头坏死患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究,对本组患者分别行CT检查与MRI检查,对比两种检查方法的诊断价值。结果:CT检查的检出率为84.2%,MRI检查的检出率为97.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检查方法对于疾病的分期诊断结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在股骨头坏死的诊断中,与CT检查相比,MRI检查的诊断效果更好,可推广。

Objective：To study the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis.Methods：The clinical data of 120 cases of patients with femoral head necrosis pathologically confirmed and diagnosed in a hospital were retrospectively studied,and all patients were performed by CT and MRI examination,then compared the diagnostic value of two kinds of inspection methods.Results：The CT detection rate was 84.2%,and the MRI detection rate was 97.5%,which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The difference of two kinds of inspection methods for disease staging diagnosis was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with the CT examination,the effect of MRI in the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis is better,which can be popularized.
