小儿肺炎继发性腹泻治疗中酪酸梭菌二联活菌散应用的价值

Application Value of Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Powders in the Treatment of Pediatric Pneumonia Secondary Diarrhea

目的:评价分析小儿肺炎继发性腹泻治疗中酪酸梭菌二联活菌散应用的价值。方法:选取2013年8月~2015年2月在某院收治的80例肺炎继发性腹泻患儿作为研究对象,按照入院的时间顺序将其分为实验组和对照组,两组患儿均为40例。实验组采取思密达与酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合干预的方式,对照组采取单一的思密达干预的方式。统计两组肺炎继发性腹泻患儿住院时间、腹泻持续时间、治疗疗程以及治疗效果的情况,并对统计结果进行比较分析。结果:实验组肺炎继发性腹泻患儿住院时间、腹泻持续时间、治疗疗程以及治疗效果分别为(4.2±2.3,2.2±1.1,4.2±2.0);对照组患儿住院时间、腹泻持续时间、治疗疗程以及治疗效果分别为(6.9±2.6,4.5±1.5,7.1±2.2)。实验组肺炎继发性腹泻患儿与对照组在住院时间、腹泻持续时间、治疗疗程以及治疗效果上有显著差异,实验组疗效明显高于对照组。结论:思密达与酪酸梭菌二联活菌散联合干预小儿肺炎继发性腹泻的治疗方式,能够有效缩短治疗疗程,减轻患儿腹泻的症状,具有良好的治疗效果,适合临床推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the application value of combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia secondary diarrhea.Methods：80cases of children with pediatric pneumonia secondary diarrhea treated in a hospital from August 2013 to February 2015 were selected as research objects and divided into experimental group and control group according to the time order of admission,with 40 cases in each group.of children are.The experimental group was given smecta and combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders intervention method,and the control group was given the single way of smecta intervention method,then compared and analyzed the hospital stays,duration of diarrhea,treatment course,and treatment effects of two groups.Results：The hospital stays,duration of diarrhea,and the treatment course of experimental group was（4.2±2.3）,（2.2±1.1）,（4.2±2.0）respectively,and those of control group was（6.9±2.6）,（4.5±1.5）,（7.1±2.2）respectively.There were significant differences in the length of hospital stays,duration of diarrhea,treatment course and therapeutic effect between the two groups,and the curative effect of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion：Smecta and combined clostridium butyricum and bifidobacterium powders intervention in the treatment of children with pediatric pneumonia secondary diarrhea can effectively shorten the treatment course,relieve the symptoms of diarrhea in children with good treatment effect,which is suitable for clinical application.
