麻杏石甘汤用于小儿肺炎治疗的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Maxingshigan Decoction in the Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia

目的:探讨麻杏石甘汤用于小儿肺炎治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取某院2015年5月~2016年5月间收治的60例小儿肺炎患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组采用西医常规治疗法,观察组采用在对照组治疗法的基础上加用中药麻杏石甘汤加减治疗,经过治疗与观察、记录,对比两组不同的疗效。结果:经过治疗后,观察组患儿的临床疗效明显优于对照组,高热、咳嗽等症状治疗所需时间明显低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用西医常规治疗法的基础上用中药麻杏石甘汤加减治疗小儿肺炎,疗效更佳,值得推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Maxingshigan Decoction in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods：60cases of infantile pneumonia patients treated in a hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine western medicine therapy,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine of Maxingshigan decoction treatment based on the control group,then the curative effects of two groups after treatment were recorded,compareded,and compared.Results：After treatment,the clinical effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group,and the treatment time of high fever,cough and other symptoms was significantly shorter than that of control group,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Maxingshigan decoction based on the routine western medicine therapy in the treatment of infantile pneumonia has better curative effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
