妊娠高血压综合征产妇实施产前护理对产妇的影响分析

Influence of Implementation of Antenatal Care for Puerperae with Pregnancy-induced Hypertension

目的:探讨对妊娠高血压综合征的产妇实施产前护理方案的影响。方法:选取某院2014年8月~2016年2月收治的200例妊娠高血压综合征的女性患者作为研究对象,随机分成试验组和对照组各100人,对照组进行一般护理,试验组在对照组基础上进行产前综合护理,一段时间后,比较对两组妊娠性高血压综合征的有效率及患者的满意度。结果:护理后试验组的总有效率(88.0%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(62.0%),统计学上有意义(P<0.05);同时,护理后试验组的满意度(97.22%)明显高于对照组的满意度(66.67%),统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:对妊娠期高血压综合征实施产前护理方案效果显著,能提高治疗的总有效率,加大患者的满意度,值得临床大力推广。

Objective：To study the influence of implementation of antenatal care for puerperae with pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods：200cases of puerperae with pregnancy-induced hypertension treated in a hospital from August 2014 to February 2014 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comprehensive prenatal care based on the control group,then compared the effective rate and satisfaction of two groups after a period of time.Results：After nursing,the total effective rate of experimental group（88.0%）were significantly higher than that of control group（62.0%）,with statistical significance（P 〈0.05）;At the same time,the nursing satisfaction of experimental group（97.22%）was obviously higher than that of control group（66.67%）,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of antenatal care for puerperae with pregnancy-induced hypertension has remarkable effect,which can improve the total effective rate of treatment,increase patients＇ satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
