急诊抢救室留观老年危重患者的护理风险因素分析及对策

Analysis of Nursing Risk Factors of Observed Elderly Critically Ill Patients in Emergency Room and its Countermeasures

目的:分析急诊抢救室留观老年危重患者的护理风险因素,并制定相应的对策,从而提高护理的效果。方法:依据纳入排除标准从某院2013年6月~2015年6月收治的急诊抢救室留观老年危重患者中随机抽取100例作为研究对象,对所有患者进行常规的护理,分析在护理过程中所存在的风险因素,并制定相应的对策。结果:通过分析发现在护理过程中出现的医疗事故主要与护理人员法律意识淡薄、沟通能力差、专业技能水平低、工作强度大等因素有关。针对风险因素制定相应的对策改进后,医疗事故的发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:急诊抢救室留观老年危重患者的护理风险因素主要为工作强度大、护理人员的法律意识淡薄、专业技能水平低、沟通能力差。通过对急诊室的护理人员进行调整、增强护理人员的法律意识、加强学习等对策,有效降低了医疗事故的发生率。

Objective：To analyze the nursing risk factors of observed elderly critically ill patients in emergency room and formulate the corresponding countermeasures,and to improve the effect of nursing.Methods：100cases of observed elderly critically ill patients in emergency room treated on a hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were selected as research objects on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria.All patients were given routine nursing care,then analyzed the risk factors existing in the process of nursing,and formulated the corresponding countermeasures.Results：After the analysis,the results showed that medical negligence which appeared in the process of nursing were mainly related to dim legal awareness of nurses,poor communication skills,low professional skills,high-intensity work and other factors.The corresponding countermeasures were formulated according to the risk factors,after improvement,the incidence of medical accidents were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The main nursing risk factors of observed elderly critically ill patients in emergency room are mainly high-intensity work,dim legal awareness of nurses,low professional skills,poor communication skills.Through adjusting nurses in emergency room,enhancing nurses＇ legal consciousness,and strengthening study countermeasures,the incidence of medical accidents are effectively reduced.
