探讨舒适护理模式在急性缺血性脑卒中患者康复期护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing Model in Rehabilitation Nursing Care of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:研究急性缺血性脑卒中患者在康复期护理过程中选择舒适护理模式的应用。方法:2015年1月~2016年6月100例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,并随机分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上开展舒适护理,比较两组护理后抑郁以及日常生活状况。结果:护理前,两组抑郁状态评分、自评抑郁量表评分以及Barthel评分基本相似,无明显差异,P>0.05;护理后,观察组各方面均改善明显,且优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在急性缺血性脑卒中患者的康复期护理过程中采用舒适护理模式,可以有效改善患者的精神状态,保证患者的日常生活能力,提升患者的恢复速度。

Objective：To study the application effect of comfortable nursing model in rehabilitation nursing care of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods：100patients with acute ischemic stroke from January2015 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group received comfortable nursing care based on the control group,then compared the post-nursing depression and daily life of two groups.Results：There was no significant difference in depressive state score,self SDS score and barthel score between the two groups before the nursing（P〉0.05）.After nursing,the scores of observation group were improved significantly,and better than those of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the rehabilitation nursing of patients with acute ischemic stroke,the use of comfortable nursing model can effectively improve the patients＇ mental state,ensure patients＇ daily life,improve the quality of life and enhance patients＇ recovery rate.
