摘要
目的:了解基层医院检验科质量控制管理现状,探讨基层医院检验科质量管理对策。方法:对基层医院检验科从考核总体平均成绩、管理措施、人事制度和室内质控、室间质控考核以及工作成绩等方面的考核指标进行分析。结果:医院检验科质量管理体系基本建立,但室间质控、病人满意度的质控亟待加强。结论:狠抓质量控制管理,科学规划工作内容,对基层医院良性发展和整体医疗水平的提高将起到积极的推动作用。
Objective:To understand the current situation of quality control management in the primary hospital,and to discuss the measures for quality management in primary hospital.Methods:Analyzed the assessment indexes of overall average scores,management measure,personnel system,indoor quality control,room quality control assessment,and job performance in clinical laboratory of primary hospital.Results:The quality management system in clinical laboratory of hospital was generally established,but the room quality control and patient'satisfaction quality control needed to be strengthened.Conclusion:Improving quality control management and planning work content scientifically the sound play apositive role in promoting benign development of primary hospital and improving overall medical level.
