非接触式角膜内皮细胞计与A型超声角膜测厚仪中央角膜厚度测量值的比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较非接触式角膜内皮细胞计和A型超声角膜厚度测量仪在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术前及术后中央角膜厚度(CCT)的测量值。方法共入选20例(40只眼)拟行近视眼LASIK手术患者参加此研究,术前及术后3个月分别使用超声角膜测厚仪和非接触式角膜内皮细胞计测量患者CCT并进行比较。结果无论术前或术后非接触式角膜内皮细胞计CCT测量值均小于超声角膜测厚仪测量值,两组比较差异均有显著统计学意义(术前:P<0.001;术后:P=0.02)。两组测量值之间呈现强相关性(手术前后均P<0.001)。结论无论术前或术后非接触式角膜内皮细胞计角膜厚度测量值与超声测量值均不完全一致,但两者相关性良好。非接触式角膜内皮细胞计可作为LASIK术后角膜厚度随访研究中一种理想的测厚仪器。 Objective To compare central corneal thickness measurements made by ultrasound pachymetry and non-contact specular microscope in eyes before and post LASIK. Methods Forty eyes of twenty consecutive refractive surgery candidates were included in the study. The central corneal thickness( CCT) in both eyes was measured before and three month after LASIK with non-contact specular microscope and ultrasound pachymeter. Results Both before and after LASIK,the difference in the mean CCT between non-contact specular microscope and ultrasound pachymetry was statistically significant( P〈0. 001,and P = 0. 02). In both situations,non-contact specular microscope measurements and ultrasound pachymetry measurements were highly correlated( r = 0. 959,before surgery,and r = 0. 979,after LASIK). Conclusions Both before and after LASIK,non-contact specular microscope is not in complete agreement with ultrasound pachymetry in measuring CCT. But there was an excellent linear correlation between them. Considering its convenience,non-contact way of measurement,non-contact specular microscope could be a promising modality for follow up after refractive surgery or other therapeutic interventions.
