摘要
设计一种用于空调系统电机耐久试验的装置,该装置主要由研华USB-4711A数据采集卡及继电器(电磁继电器及固态继电器)组成。采集卡采集与执行电机相连的滑动变阻器的电压,确定电机的运转位置,实现电机自动换向,避免电机到极限位置后继续转动、碰到限位装置而被卡住、电流突然增加而烧毁电机的危险。此试验装置通过数据采集卡控制固态继电器,间接控制电磁继电器通断。通过合理设置电磁继电器的接线方式,实现一个电磁继电器通断电就可以控制电机正反转的功能。
A device was designed for air-conditioning system motor durability test. The device consisted of an Advantech USB-4711A data acquisition card and relays (electromagnetic relays and solid state relays). By detecting the voltage of the sliding rheostat which was connected with the motor, the motor reversing was controlled, to avoid the risk that motor continued to rotate after the limit position, hit the caging device, the current increased suddenly to burn the motor. In the test device, a data acquisition card was used to control the solid state relay, then to control the electromagnetic relay off indirectly. By setting reasonable electromagnetic relay wiring, the function that controlling an elec- tromagnetic relay power can control motor reversing.
