摘要
在电动天窗遮阳帘上采用移动梁与铁芯同步驱动技术,把铁心以可转动的方式装配并与电机相连,使电动天窗遮阳帘的开关过程中卷杆与铁芯同向转动,使卷杆内螺旋弹簧的功能由蓄积弹性势能变成缓冲卷杆和铁芯转动过程中的角度差。与传统的只驱动移动梁的技术相比,采用同步驱动技术后,螺旋弹簧的圈数在开关过程中变化很小,天窗遮阳帘的张力更加稳定。
In electric sunshade curtain, the iron core in the roll bar was assembled m rotatable mode and conneeted wltn me motor, synchronous drive technology of moving beam and the iron core was adopted. When sunshade curtain was switching, the roll bar and iron core rota- ted to the same direction, the spiral spring connecting the roll bar and the iron core served as buffer to decrease the rotation angle difference between the roll bar and the iron core, compared with traditional drive method in which the spiral spring served as the accumulation of elastic potential energy. When this synchronous drive technology is adopted, the coil number of spiral spring changes very little, the tension of sunshade curtain gets more stable.
