摘要
[目的]研究海藻生物有机肥对番茄生长和土壤养分的影响。[方法]通过小区试验研究不同海藻生物有机肥施用量(0、750、1 500 kg/hm^2)对番茄生长、土壤有机质及pH的影响。[结果]与对照相比,施用750 kg/hm^2海藻生物有机肥可使番茄株高、茎粗、叶绿素SPAD分别提高1.5%、11.0%、4.2%,施用1 500 kg/hm^2海藻生物有机肥可使番茄株高、茎粗、叶绿素SPAD分别提高19.6%、13.4%、19.3%;施用750 kg/hm^2海藻生物有机肥可使番茄可溶性固形物含量、还原性VC含量、可溶性总糖、糖酸比分别提高11.1%、11.0%、15.6%、28.6%,可滴定酸度降低28.9%,施用1 500 kg/hm^2海藻生物有机肥可使番茄可溶性固形物含量、还原性VC含量、可溶性总糖、糖酸比分别提高19.4%、45.0%、34.4%、64.5%,可滴定酸度降低28.6%;施用750 kg/hm^2海藻生物有机肥可使番茄单果重、产量分别增加15.4%、17.9%,施用1 500 kg/hm^2海藻生物有机肥可使番茄单果重、产量分别增加27.6%、28.9%;施用750、1 500 kg/hm^2海藻生物有机肥能使土壤pH上升0.16、0.48;施用750、1 500 kg/hm^2海藻生物有机肥能使土壤有机质提高3.4%、11.6%。[结论]海藻生物有机肥既能促进番茄根系的发育,又能提高其生物学指标和品质指标。
[ Objective ] To study effetcs of algae bio-organic fertilizer on tomato growth and soil nutrients. [ Method ] Effects of different application rates of algae bio-organic fertilizer(0 ,750,1 500 kg/hm2) on tomato growth, soil organic matter and soil pH were studied by plot test. [ Result] Compared with the control, the application of 750 kg/hm2 could increase plant height, stem diameter and chlorophyll SPAD by 1.5%, 11.0% and 4.2% ,respectively ,the application of 1 500 kg/hm2 could increase the above-mentioned indexes by 19.6%, 13.4% ,19.3% ,respectively;Compared with the control,the fertilizer of 750 kg/hm2 could increase soluble solid, reducing Vc, soluble total sugar, sugar-acid ratio by 11.1%, 11.0%, 15.6% ,28.6%, respectively, and drease titratable acidity by 28.9%, the fertilizer of 1 500 kg/hm2 could increase soluble solid, reducing Vc ,soluble total sugar, sugar-acid ratio by 19.4% ,45.0% ,34.4% ,64.5% ,respectively ,and drease titratable acidity by 28.6%. Compared with the control,the fertilizer of 750 kg/hm2 could make tomato fruit weight, yield increase by 15.4%, 17.9%, the application of 1 500 kg/hm2 could increase the above-mentioned indexes by 27.6% and 28.9%, respectively. Compared with the control,the fertilizer of 750 kg/hm2 could increase the soil by 0. 16 pH units, the application of 1 500 kg/hm2 could make the soil up 0.48 pH units;Compared with the control ,the fertilizer of 750 kg/hm2 could make soil organic matter increase by 3.4% ,the application of 1 500 kg/hm2 could make soil organic matter in- crease 11.6%. [ Conclusion ] Algae bio-organic fertilizer not only promote development of tomato root, but also improve the biology index and quality index.
